Photoneutron reactions on 93Nb at Emax=33–93 MeV

The bremsstrahlung flux-averaged cross sections for the photoneutron reactions $^{\text{93}}$Nb($\gamma $,xn;x=1-5)$^{\text{(93-x)m,g}}$Nb were measured in range of boundary energies $\gamma $-quanta $E_{\gamma \text{max}}$=33-93 MeV with a step $\Delta E_{\gamma \text{max}}\approx $ 2 MeV. isomeric ratios average cross-sections products $^{\text{93}}$Nb ($\gamma ,4n)$^{\text{89m,g}}$Nb and $,5n)$^{\text{88m,g}}$ Nb determined energy ranges \text{max}}$ = 50-93 70-93 MeV, respectively. experiments carried out on beam linear electron accelerator LU-40 Science Research Establishment (SRE) "Accelerator" at National Center Kharkov Institute Physics Technology (NSC KIPT) using method induced activity. Calculations sections, reaction performed TALYS 1.9 code default parameters GEANT4 code. tendency more successful description formation final odd-even nuclei than odd-odd is revealed. experimental $,2n) $,4n) are good agreement theory, while case $,n), $,3n), ($ \gamma $,5n), some discrepancies observed. results obtained $,3n) satisfactory known literature data. $,5n) $,5n)$^{\text{88m,g}}$Nb first time.
